This includes flea treatment of the guest room or suite. 5) I acknowledge that my pets are allowed only in specific public spaces. When outside of the apartment for transporting in & out of the property, the pet must be leashed or crated for the health, safety, and concern of all other building residents. 6) I acknowledge that I will walk my pet to relieve it of bodily functions on the OUTER perimeter of the buiding, away from the side of the building and flower beds. I am also responsible to clean up any refuse produced by my pet using dedicated pet waste bins. 7) I acknowledge that my pet had received and is current with all required shots & immunizations. I can produce those records if required at any time during my stay. 8) I understand that I will be charged additional cost of AED 500 per stay for dedicated pet cleaning services. This fee is non-refundable. 9) I acknowledge that pet owners are fully responsible for any damages inside the apartment. 10) I acknowledge that barking, biting, and other harmful and nuisance behaviors will not be tolerated.
